Introductory Practices for Global Racial Healing
with Salaam Green & Lucy Wairimu Mukuria
This program is designed to help regulate your nervous system to experience a greater sense of safety and connection with people of all races.
Our healing work is informed by the Truth, Racial Healing & Transformation program, a comprehensive, national and community-based process to plan for and bring about transformational and sustainable change, and to address the historic and contemporary effects of racism.
CIRCLE THEMES
Session #1. Making friends with people who are different from you
Session #2. Making mistakes with space and grace: healing versus curing
Session #3. Making a healing community that represents healing justice for all
As part of this program you will also have access to our optional (but encouraged) “After Party” meeting space: a time for conversations and connection between sessions.
