Our online group is suitable for novice and experienced meditators alike. Anyone who is seeking a respite from life’s noise or Covid’s isolation is welcome to join us each Saturday at 9 a.m. Central time.
Each session will include basic instruction, a short introduction, and two periods of sitting quietly together.
This is a simple practice resourced from your own inner being, and does not require adherence to any religious or spiritual belief.
