This 75-minute, free workshop supports and nurtures participants into peace and comfort in your own body. I’ll be teaching powerful and simple tools based on modern neuroscience to help you easily enter a state of relaxation and peace. Then, I'll lead you in a guided breathwork experience suitable for beginners or experts alike. You do not have to have any previous experience in anything (other than being alive!) to participate. You will need a space to be uninterrupted for 75 minutes, and a space to comfortably lie down near your computer. Participation style: This workshop is designed to have cameras on for connection, and you will have a brief chance to share your intention with our circle. If you prefer to take part silently, and with your camera off, we welcome you too! Men, Women, and all other beings welcome.
