I'm a yoga teacher and personal trainer and coach who believes every body deserves a body they love, and a body that feels good when they move. I love to work with people as they break through the things they "cant'" do.

This 50 minute class is a primer for anyone who wants a stress-free experience learning basic yoga postures, terminology and the ins and outs of yoga etiquette (including what to do when your body won't bend that way). If you thought yoga wasn't for you, (but hoped it might be) Winona is the guide you have been waiting for.   

This class offers: 

A 30-40 minute private yoga class with room for your questions along the way.

Simple meditation instructions you can use anywhere.

What is a mantra and how do I use one?

 I love working with older clients, disabled clients, beginners and experts alike. My goals for everyone is the same:
